• We can inspect the apartment and provide you with our recommendations as to what is needed to make the apartment ready for the next renter.

• Or if you prefer, you can give us a list of services you would like us to perform on the apartment.

• We can provide comprehensive cleaning and repair services for your empty apartments, or just fill in to lend a helping hand when you need us. For instance, you may already work with a cleaning company, but require a handyman or property maintenance service for your apartment turns.

• We can work on either an as-needed or contract basis. So you can use us for the occasional apartment turn, or have us on call to be ready immediately when an apartment becomes vacant.
